Chris and I ordered tires at the same time. Unfortunately, my size was out of stock. Quinn Root, one of the guys at Green Diamond, e-mailed me immediately, explained the situation, and gave me an estimate of how long I would have to wait.

Throughout the subsequent week, Quinn maintained regular contact and cheerfully responded to my e-mails. I’m now very happy to report that the tires came into stock and are on their way to me.

In a world of generally poor attention to customers, Green Diamond stands out.
