		<description>I don't think turn 1 at NHMS is a good example. It's more or less a freebie. I'm under the impression that the correct way is a compromise between the two (looking up and scanning in front of you). The practice of this applies to a variety of activities, but is particularly important where forward and lateral movement is paramount (downhill skiing/snowboarding, basketball/soccer, etc.) As usual, a good balance of the two is needed. However, with experience comes the [correct] instinct/anticipation to make good decisions.</description>
